CEO
William Horner has a lifetime of experience developing and managing socially responsible, innovative businesses in the fields of agriculture and education. Mr. Horner is the co-founder of Naturally Iowa (founded in 2003), an innovative force in the dairy industry. From his background as an entrepreneur and educator to his ventures in agriculture and the organic dairy industry, Bill has spent his lifetime establishing, and managing successful, socially responsible organizations.
Rob Phillips
President
Rob's experience as the Managing Member of P & H Properties LLC, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma has put him in a position to move Naturally Iowa, Inc. to the next level of development. While brokering, re-developing, and managing over eight million square feet of property in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas that included large and small shopping centers, high rise office buildings, and large office complexes, Rob is the perfect choice to manage the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and innovation that Naturally Iowa, Inc. has launched.
Judi M. Kosterman, EdD
Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Judi brings a lifetime of experience to Naturally Iowa as they identify sales partners throughout the United States to provide customers with environmental solutions in the area of food and beverages. With multiple national awards in education and leadership, she combines the innovation of the Ingeo bottles with the "end of life" solutions to plastic and food waste so that public and private businesses can reach their environmental goals for the next decade. Conducting successful national initiatives are not new to Dr. Kosterman.
Ryan Casey
Vice President Totally Green/ORCA Green Division
Ryan completed a Bachelors Degree from Oglethorpe University, and worked for several years developing start-up technology companies. Joining his father in a foodservice brokerage company, Ryan worked "from the ground up" and helped grow the business. His acquisition and improvement of the ORCA machine led him to interact with Naturally Iowa, Inc. where he is now responsible for bringing that technology to the marketplace. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two children.
Nathan Baker
Chief Operating Officer
Nate Baker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from The University of Oklahoma in 1992. He has served as Director of Operations at a large and profitable AE firm, overseeing three hundred employees in multiple offices. Most recently, Nate served as Vice President of an AE firm which focused on the mind, body, and spirit of the end user. It was this commitment to clients' personal growth that redirected his career path in 2010, bringing him to the leadership group of Naturally Iowa. In this new venture, Nate Baker fuses his experience of team building and corporate operations with his passion for improving the quality of people's lives.
